Data you send us yourself. Through the contact and booking form this means your first name, last name, e-mail, phone number and the text of your message. Filling in the form is voluntary; you can just as well call us or write to us directly.
Data about your use of the website. Collected automatically: the device’s IP address, browser type and version, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, the time spent on a page and other diagnostic data.
To answer your enquiry, to arrange and handle your stay, and to meet our legal obligations. Data about your use of the website serves to run it, keep it secure and improve it. We do not send you marketing messages without your consent and we do not use your data for marketing purposes.
Only to processors who keep things running for us: the provider of our website platform and e-mail mailbox, and the Hotelmeister booking system once online booking goes live. The map on the Contact page loads from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when it is displayed. We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising purposes.
We only use cookies that are necessary for the website to work and to remember your choices. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser at any time; some parts of the website may then not work properly.
Only for as long as is necessary for the purpose we obtained it for, and beyond that where the law requires us to keep it, for example accounting and tax records under Austrian rules. After that we delete it.
